3. Specific Conditions for Aid and Grants
Nature and Rule of Fees
For legal compliance and to secure international transfers, validation fees (taxes and transfers) are required. These fees are paid by the beneficiary upfront to release the grant. They are NOT deducted from the final grant amount.
3.1. Fee Schedule for Individuals (Up to €/$100,000)
This fixed schedule applies to individual donations and aid granted to individuals. Intermediate amounts follow a logical progression of fees.

This schedule applies to grants awarded to companies. Fees are calculated at a fixed rate of 1.2% of the total amount.

3.3. Release of Funds (Reminder)
The grant is paid in full and immediately after receipt and validation of the required validation fees.

4. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of the Amira Humanity Foundation and protected by copyright law.
5. Applicable Law and Disputes
These ToU are governed by the law of the Foundation's headquarters. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts.
